Teaching for increased performance –WP9 - Training for increased utilisation

ISMEs need particularly adapted solutions both concerning the technology and the educational training of their employees.
The Indisputable key partners’ necessary and frequent training will be carried through utilising the professional means of this WP.
The objective is to achieve a deeper and wider understanding of components, systems and results for a more efficient carrying through of the tasks each partner is involved in.
At the same time, society needs objective information about the real environmental performances of wood as a natural renewable and sustainable resource in comparison with other raw materials.

This WP will achieved this through 4 main activities:
- identification of training needs and reaching different groups of potential users
- design of trainings modules adapted for to SMEs, concerning traceability technologies, their applications and how to realise benefits in a supply chain context.
- implementation of training to contribute to the dissemination of solutions and system produced by the project.
- evaluation of the success of the proposed training concept.
